Returns

You can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at [email address] with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

What Can't Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:


Opened pet food or treats
Used toys, bedding, or grooming items


This doesn't apply to faulty items, which we'll always refund or replace.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, let us know within 30 days and we'll offer a full refund or replacement, including return postage. Please include a photo of the issue where possible — it helps us resolve things faster.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We'll email you to confirm when it's done.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in transit.
