Delivery

Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food and used items cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced. Your statutory rights are not affected.
